Oversees compliance with applicable civil rights laws including Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VI), Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the City of Scottsdale's Anti-Discrimination Ordinance.
Manages complaint handling for all discrimination matters. Oversight includes complaints filed under Title VI, ADA, and the City of Scottsdale's Anti-Discrimination Ordinance.
Serves as technical resource, subject matter expert, and the primary point of contact for issues related to civil rights laws.
Monitors the city’s compliance with related Federal and State regulations.
